Happy October! My favourite month.
ReplyDeleteI love October too. Even on Long Island, I think it's the best month for fun and color! We love to ride out to the east end on the Columbus Day weekend for pumpkins, apple cider and hot roasted corn on the cob. The roadside stands are loaded with beautiful flowers and produce.
ReplyDeleteAny time of year in New England is breathtaking.....! It's just a beautiful place to be! (sigh!)

That is a cute photo! All of the kids come to town and do the parade and then they go to all of the shops for trick or treating....Nantucket Bookworks even has a spooky party! It's a lot of fun....but I love to go to Vermont to see the foliage....
ReplyDeleteA very happy and wonderful October to you, too, Erin.

Susan
