L.L. Bean's Fall Line

Evening, everybody!

Man, have I been having a hectic
few weeks of school... I haven't even got
the chance to sit and catch my breath till now!

Although I've been insanely busy, I've still tried to
force myself to stop in my tracks every so often and
admire the vague spatter of color appearing on the
trees, and the breeze that seems to grow nippier
and nipper as each day shortens... and let's face it:
No amount of school work can compromise
the witnessing of such delicate beauty ♥

But turning to a more materialistic side of autumn's bounty....

I've recently been marveling at the sight of
L.L. Bean's Fall line!

We all know how much I love this company,
and their fall line is what I most look forward to...
it never disappoints!

Want to see some of my favorites?

  1. I think the green harvest trench would go nicely with the rust colored harvest scarf. My Bean Boots have lasted over 30 years. I can't wear anymore they are just too such too small. The store in Freeport is amazing though don't you think? Bean Boot Heaven!!!

  2. Really nice. It's the same look as Eddie Bauer which I love. The natural color palette is complementing to most people too! I think I'll pass on the Skimmers though - not my style.

    Love the fall colors!

  5. I got my latest catalog the other day and I knew you would be posting something LL Bean soon!!! :-) I looooove this store!!! You really must get up to Freeport sometime to check out the flagship store. A-MA-ZING!!! My husband loves all things LL Bean, too!

Have I ever mentioned my little obsession with Boat & Tote bags? No? I could probably do a blog post on it. I think at the moment I currently have 6 or 7 of them in all sizes and colors. That doesn't seem like a big number but really why does one person need that many Boat & Totes?! And I will easily buy more! :-)

Oh! And the Freeport store is open 24/7/365 so you can go anytime!!!

  11. Good morning, Erin,
I just love Tasha's Pumpkin Moonshine at the top of the blog. How wonderful. I'm loving this wonderful turn into fall weather, as well.

My sister is a big L.L. Bean fan. I'm sure she's going through their catalogue, but since she's moved to a warm state from here in Michigan, she probably, mostly just oooos and ahhhs at the fall line. :-)

It's nice to finally be able to visit with you again and catch up with what you've been up to.

Hope you have a lovely fall day,
    Susan

  12. I have the Cumberland jacket in green. I love it. I love LL Bean. I would love it even more if I wasn't paying in Canadian funds and didn't have to pay duty. :(

  13. I love L.L. Bean things too, but sometimes you can find "Bean" items at the thrift shop. People send gifts by catalog to othesrs which for whatever reason, wrong size, not just the thing, etc., wind up being recycled. It is cost saving, worth a look, and you dont have to pay the postage.

  14. I do like the first jacket and the coastal skimmers.
That's my favorite style of shoe.
