  3. All three homes are beautiful. I was surprised at the relatively low price of the Stonington house. I would have thought, given the upscale nature of that town, the houses would be much more. It says it has a private beach too. WOW... We have to go back there again.

  8. Oh my gosh, Erin. These are gorgeous. The first one has my top vote, but I really love the third one, as well. Oh to only have a few more dollars. What a dream home that first one would make.

Thanks for stopping by my blog today. I hope you have a lovely evening,
    Susan

  11. Awesome! Still my dream to buy a historical home here in New England. My husband says after the kids get a little older, we'll have more time to take care of an antique home.

  12. Although its not as old, maybe someday you can be my virtual real estate broker and find someone for the Jarvis House, circa 1838, a shy acre, three bathrooms, three bedrooms plus an attic bedroom, huge living room, and huge dining room, working fireplace, front & back stairs, heritage gardens, a two bay garage barn, and a story and one half barn gallery with cat 5 wiring, office room and long kitchen with mud room/laundry. Maybe in a few years. Also low taxes for Long Island. Great commuter railroad station.
